Kys has always been muteable. You don't know what is going on in people's lives- you don't know if saying that to someone triggers them to go do something awful to themselves. Being muted is good for you anyways Scar. It gives you time to quietly reflect on yourself
They can unlock this if they want to unmute you but I highly doubt it. Enjoy the quiet.
