Wtf happened

So i threw an epearl. a dude was gitting me. the epearl hit the island and i teleported there. however, what was really weird was that i BOUNCED off the wall. i threw the epearl as the dude was hitting me and ended up teleporting then bouncing off the wall into the void on the other isand. it was only me and the other dude. i didnt miss, nor did it hit an edge.

it happened once and probly wont happen again. It just happened and i thought i should report it
probly only a 0.0001% chance of it happening anyways

It probably was the result of lag, or it could have been have been the person hitting you just nanoseconds before you were teleported and the angle the person hit you at may have caused you to bounce back, but this is a very unlikely thing to happen because of it's very precise timing.
