Yes The server has potion effects on OITC minigame :
-3 kills : speed
-7 kills : regeneration , speed
-10 kills : Resistance , regeneration , speed
-15 kills : Strenght , Resistance , speed , regeneration
-20 kills : Strenght IV,Speed and all the other players have nausea

Yes I know well it's a bug of MCPE because If vertx implements natural regen,a lots of bugs Will be added So that is Why No regen
