Wrong Passwords and Rank Issues

Hey, so my friend @Carliebug05 suddenly got logged out of her account for some reason and now when she tries to log in,it keeps saying that she's using the wrong password when she's not. If anyone knows how to fix this, it would be much appreciates!

Oh and it also won't let her add a rank to her account, and we don't know what to do. If any staffs can fix this, that would be great

Okay First , for the Password case we'll need a proof that she owns the account because you know we have to make surethat she is her. Basically we need her to come here and Post a screenshot of 'Welcome back @name' or a picture of her Xbox Live name. (In the main menu)

after for the Shop, we'll see if it gets fix when she's online. Else I'll report it to vertx and we'll probably set her rank manually

Okay so she has screenshots that she wants to show but her forums account is not available? If you click on her profile page, there's an error of some sort. So it doesn't allow her to post a thread. Should I just get her to send the screenshots to me and post it myself instead?

yes , ask her to go on Brokenlens and do /login , but also add 'Register If Available) . She do not lose any of her stats, she'll just have to type a password as if it were new. If you have any problem come back again and we'll reset the password again, then we'll talk about the rank
