Germaine was the one who activated the teaming, since she asked green team to team in the first place and only one agreed to. Starting at 7:15, I built up over mid and changed my FOV to get a clearer view, and Germaine gave OMG a helmet (in one of the screen shots OMG is wearing the helmet she gave him) and they went over bridges together. Hope this is enough evidence!
(btw they teamed from 7:15 - 7:04 (11 secs) according to my evidence) *I may or may not have stalked them to get this evidence xDDD*
