Ip Ban him forever, I dont want that player to hurt my friends feelings, I hope he will learn a lesson after ip banned forever, or mute him forever.

Bro staff ban him like ban and IP ban is together in a single command! If he got banned in his account then he can't join another account cause ban = banned account + IP banned forever! ;)

He has been given a short tempban, he probably sent that message before he was banned. Hopefully the tempban will teach him a lesson, although if you've done /ignore on him like you said then it shouldn't matter anyway. :)
