The time honestly depends on their problem in the thread, I will answer them as soon as possible when I have a chance to do. Otherwise, on the forums, I always try my best to get an opportunity to answer their problem/questions/issues in each thread. And on the server, I will always be given a definitive answer to their questions this is what the new players will say: "How do you get the kit?" Or "How do you get the rank?" Or "How to play this minigame?". If you have additional questions, please start a conversation with me or write a message on my profile.
