Would These Be Againts the Rules?...

These are just some scenarios I came up with that I would like to know if they are againts the rules, just in case this happens to me.
1. Your friend asks if you own a private server. Would it be ok to give the ip and port in a private message? Or is it punishable no matter what?
2. Yay! A hacker just died somehow! Would it be ok to pick up their stuff and use it, since you didn't hack it in the first place, or is that unfair?
3. So&so is cursing! However, they didn't spell out the word, they just used *'s. Can they be muted for that?
4. Oh no! There's that one player who keeps reporting you for no reason! Just because they're jealous. Can they be punished for that?
5. There's another hacker! However, they don't hack unless there is another hacker online. They only hack to kill other hackers then switch back to normal to finish the game. Is that good or bad?

1) he isn't advertising so it is allowed
2) it isn't allowed
3) if it's a alternative like fudge istead of ♥♥♥♥ then it's ok
4) probably muted or banned cause it says
People who make fake reports will get a punishment
