That's unfortunate, I hope that things will get better for you soon.
I'd also recommend getting tested for covid especially if you aren't already vaccinated because you never know.

i have an extreme fear of needles (i know childish) so im not vaccinated and i got a covid test and it came up negative this week thanks for the advice!
