I always get kicked by the watcher when I'm running and jumping and running...
for important I do not use hacks mods and more etc.!

Please post this to Bug Reports or Support so they can help you not on Ban Appeal section

Ban Appeal - is for players who got banned mistakenly or do something that breaks the rule on the server.

Anyways, you can join back since it was kick. Try restarting your Minecraft

Slow connexion / lag can make the server think you're running and jumping too quickly for it
