Won't let me apply Youtube Rank

Hello, i am trying to get youtube rank on the server.
I have 1k subscribers and at least 1 Broken Lens Video on the channel.

When i tried to do the command on the server for youtube rank, it was only stuck on getting information.

I don't know when i can get my rank but if you are reading this please help me.
