Wishing Death Upon My Family on OITC

Wolfboylucas(IGN) has been tormenting me for the past few days. Whenever I win games against him, he become's really upset and takes it out on me just because i eliminated him. He throws insults back and forth and mostly wishes death upon me and my family. example: "I HOPE YOUR MOTHER DIE." He even one time told me to go "suffocate in the ocean". Whenever i bring it up to his attention, he says he'll stop but continues to act immature and insult me. Players who don't know how to deal with not winning shouldn't be able to play and I personally feel that this type of attitude towards others shouldn't be tolerated.
