that's sad, because after i noticed the cooldown was shortened, there were more win10 players on the server. Before it was 1 out of 10 i met is win10, but now it is 4 out of 10 players are win10. The advantages win10 players have really come out in pvp games like taghunter, i hope the developers can nerf it back

Yea I think 3 or 2 seconds will be good

Vertx tried to code the unbalance hit for all win10 player. That's why they are really unfair.
