win 10 aren't that good I had them and it's hard to control (okay maybe it's just me) but mcpe is better to use with a phone or tablet.. .-.U get ma point.. in quake they have the upper hand because they can turn easily but there are tricks to beat them, for example u can stand in the centre in a corner and shot from there .-.

When you can't afford 1 decent videocard, a decent motherboard, and a fairly good hard drive... also a game...

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that this is happening to you, but it's not against the rules, because it's just how unfairly that they are using on their computer, and you can leave QuakeCraft if you see a win10 player, and try to play another minigame. If you are really crying, I hope you'll find out that it was just a game.
