Idea:
Win streaks

Quick explanation:
This could be a way to get specific gems, the higher the win streak the better gems you get.

Idea in depth:
Perhaps when you get a win streak of 5 you will get a red gem, once you get to 10 it will be a yellow gem, 15 will be a blue gem and 20 will be a green gem. The reward doesn't have to be gems, I'm just using this as an example since not many people value gems and because there isn't a specific way to get certain gems.
The reward could be experience and/or coins.

This could help get the competitive side of the players and make them more consistent to the server and the games.

ooh, in oitc they kinda have a similar idea to this

3 kill streak = speed boost
7 kill streak = regeneration
i think 12 or 11 kill streak = jump boost

anyway, while this iS an interesting idea, non-vips cant open certain gems so it’d be useless to them. some vip members might find it useful though. plus, we already get tons of gems from playing games

and then when you get Moab (20 kill streak) everyone gets blindness and slowness ;-;

it may look good at first, but soon it won't exactly benefit everyone. but hey, if it's what people want then sure I guess. I don't mind ruining some people's streaks lol.

Well I don't think gems is a good idea. Yes I know you stated,

But the problem is GREEN gems. Not everyone has premium and if you're good at winning but don't have a rank, might as well rack some green gems until you buy yourself emerald for $25

I'd say coins or make coins more, useful so they can be used for this suggestion if it gets added.

It wont work because you already know some will decide to just just keep leaving the game and you could go undefeated in many games easily like quake, splatter, drawandguess, thebestbuilder, oneinthechamber(leave at 1 life), taghunters and more..
