Will the server upgrade ?

And also how can we change name of pet and name color of pet? (I am EMERALD member).

I believe that the server is upgraded when the official release of the minecraft update for every platform. About the parrot ask @edwjusti

As the same as bats and ghasts it would be hard to program a flying pet, so i doubt it.

Also, the server will run with 1.2 100%, but maybe not instantly when the update is released.
