This user is not banned.
This might because i may have banned the user in the past via the server. As my ban command no longer works it seems to mess up the stats.

How my bans work:

Types ban command
Broadcast gets shown across server saying they are banned
stats shows up as they are banned
baninfo shows the user is not banned.
