Make wider maps on quake. It doesnt matter how detailed or how ugly it looks. Just a larger wider map. Everyone is so crowded in quake that the only thing to win is to have a rocket launcher and shoot the crowded places. I suggest having wider maps with more space.
Also, advertise team quake. Solo quake is dead. Advertize team quake like hell, and make the weapons cheaper for new players. Thats how the game got killed
