Why's it bannable to swear/spam in /crm?

I get this if it's DreamLeague or something, but what if it's a friends-only crew? Besides, the Fireflie5 crew IS open, but it's my crew, so I don't mind if people swear.

If everybody in your crew is okay with the cussing part and nobody reports it then I don’t see why it would need to be bannable, possibly if there was kids in the crew that aren’t use to cussing etc, not 100% sure.
