Hey there. You were banned for increased reach, auto-click, and speed hacks(INVAID).
I watched you play for over 3 matches in OITC, and I received multiple private reports.
Unfortunately, the only screen-recording I have is from one of the private reporters, it did not display enough proof of you hacking- so I watched you myself and it was quite blatant.
Your account's 7 day ban will also be changed to permanent, because I am a helper my max ban time is only 1 week.

Well, that's why I'm going to delete this account forever, that's really an injustice, a low-level player shows an unusual skill and everyone reports it, I like to play on fake accounts because that always happens, I hope that one day this prejudice ends, because In my time it didn't exist... And you who banned me are forgiven, I know you're new here and want to show service, but please take it easy when you ban a player, try to do as much as possible to be fair, you had no videos or even played against me, so how do you know if I'm hacking? I've been here for 5 years and I confess that I've never used any kind of hacker, I've always played cleanly, but this episode really made me lose the little desire I still had to play on this server.

I'm new to banning, but I am not new to recognizing hackers/rulebreakers, and I would never ban somebody just because they're good at the game and seem new (in which you are not new). I gave you the benefit of the doubt and watched you for over three and a half matches, and investigated for over 2 hours, as well as discussing it with another staff member.

I even tested your claims in OITC with multiple other players to double check to make sure I understood what you were saying before I replied. And in the 15 minutes you were mistakenly unbanned, I tried inviting you to chat and play a game to try to clear things up, and you weren't interested.

I don't know how else to help you, and I'm sorry if the staff system rubs off on you the wrong way. I'll happily take any criticism you have for the team and/or I, but we take every ban very seriously and with deep thought.
