you could just do /friend remove xlam_ if you dont like it, you choose who your friends are.

But this isn’t muteable / bannable since it’s in grm, you chose your own friends.
You can unfriend and add her to your ignore list if you’d you like.
/friend remove >username<
/ignore add >username<
Also - please make sure you’re posting in the correct section, ban appeals are only for if you’ve been mistakenly banned.
