Why Windows 10 against the rules?

The Windows 10 rule is not supported by me or vertx (At least he never told me something that it is against brokenlens rules).
I know the frustration of everyone there. Yeah, it is unfair for you all who play using touch screen, but keep in mind they are not using any kind of hack or cheat. It is the plain control offered by a simple mouse and keyboard.
However I have seen all "hacker suspect" saying they are using windows 10. Somehow they try to explain that speed and jump greater than other players as an Windows 10 feature, but they are not using Windows.
Here's a important point to check. Sometimes they are not windows 10 users, and we need see the difference between a hacker and a Windows user.
Anyways don't forget to use /report in any suspect of hack. It sends helpful information of players which allows us detect a hacker.

I've found a guy that plays on tablet that can beat win10 players(and phone) A.K.A jitter click
He's Deato7w7/DeatoDreameZ_
(and some of his clan members Michplayz, Hearthy, etc.)

Luckily he didn't play BL, hes a non split god pvp guy that you can find in many uhc servers.
