Why was my account perm banned?

I was with my friends and then I crashed. When I came back it said that I was perm banned. It didn’t say the reason though. I’m sorry if I did cause any trouble or did anything wrong. I just got a transfer ticket, emerald rank, and +100 friends slots which makes this more important to me.

The time was around 1:05 pm PST
The date was today (Fri June 5 2020)
I was at the THG lobby with my friends

I have been temp banned before, I think 1-2 times.
Can I get clarification on why I was banned? Thanks

Please, this is very important to her. This is her all time favorite server and she just got emerald rank, transfer ticket and +100 friend.She’s really upset right now and so am I. She apologizes for any inconvenience or rule breaking she’s done, it was entirely unintentional.
