Why was I suddenly perm banned?

So on my account (TheMasterOfPVP0) I used speed/scaffold/fly and got banned for 7 days. I just found a client and tried it. I was patiently waiting out my ban and then I go to check how long till I get unbanned and suddenly I'm perm banned and I don't know why. Can I at least get a reduce?

Pineapple banned you and she could only ban for a period up to 7 days. However, hacking is a perm ban, which is why your ban is now perm. A higher staff updated the ban from 7 days to permanently.

Helpers can only ban 1-7 days, so we get another staff to change all our bans to whatever ban period we’d like.

Hacks of any sort are a permanent ban, though.

I don’t believe you deserve to be unbanned, you knew hacks weren’t allowed yet still did it - if you truly loved the server.. you wouldn’t of hacked!
