Why was I banned?

I already know the "supposed" reason, yesterday I was playing skywars, and I faced the pc player, just because the guy who was in the same match wanted to focus on the pc and not me, that doesn't mean a team, because it was his choice and me I wasn't going to get involved in the fight, so I just waited for them to finish fighting, because he walked right past me and was still running, there was no way I could hit him either and I didn't get involved in the fight either, because I was out of food, I just think that the banishment was unfair, I didn't stop fighting it, I just walked away from their fight, and when I threw the pearl on an island to get out of the middle, where I was having the pvp between the two, I just ran to get food on the island , and he made a bridge on my island and went straight to another one to focus on the pc, it wasn't my fault, because at the time he passed, I had getting items

As you can see in the video, you two were standing right next to each other and made no attempt to fight. Even if you were waiting for them two to fight, it is still classed as a team, although it doesn't seem like you were waiting because you were the one who ran at the reporter.

But he had come from behind when he made the bridge I didn't see him, he was behind me, as I said I was going to get the trunks, after I did I went to see where that girl was, he appeared out of nowhere behind me, like I didn't even I had seen it, because when I was getting the items, he made the bridge, after I saw him he was already passing in front of me, as I said before, I couldn't hit him because he was running and only then did I see that he was there, as I said there was no way I could see with the trunk open

At one point in the video you can see that you two are slightly standing inside each other, I feel like you would of definitely noticed them. It’s pretty hard to notice as this was the moment they opened their pause menu, so the screen is pretty dark. If you zoom in though you can slightly make out you two standing beside/inside each other.

But Minecraft's vision can only see the front, until that moment I was worried about that girl to see if she was going after me, as I said, he appeared behind me, I couldn't see it, because the moment he was standing there on my island was the moment I had the chest open,after I closed it I just looked to the left to see where the girl was, and besides I use low fov, you can't see the entire side of the screen, besides I play on the cell phone, so I didn't see it

But I just showed you pretty blatant proof... I know for a fact you would've seen this person, you are not in a chest or anything, you are just standing there right next to the person... You can wait out this ban.
