It might be because you're lagging and the game has already started. Try going closer to your wifi router, or restarting it if you can. You can try restarting your device too if your wifi seems fine.

If you aren't lagging then it might be the server, because when there's a lot of players online it can cause the server to lag slightly. However it should be fine if you give it a moment to load.

It IS server lag, because when youre lagging the players and the npc movement had this "stuttering"
