Why my account restarted

My account restarted my coins are gone my rank is gone and everything is gone what did you did I lose my hardwork if not I will hk

The server is still preparing your account so be patient. As you can see on your rank, you are a guest that you know it restarted but when you logged in, your rank is now a player and it saved your hardwork.
