Did you come into your first appeal with that? No- you came in with a terrible attitude- if you came into your mute appeal saying nicely there has been a misunderstanding and with the evidence this would have probably ended with you being unmuted but instead you came in attacking us for doing our job exactly how we are supposed to do it- have a nice day
