im hearing alot of people are getting banned on forums and/or muted and having some uh recent threads removed.

when other things like this happen you turned away but why now?
why ban these people who want back what was taken
Im not asking for a refund anymore or asking for the kit perks back
i want my friends back here and talking :(
is it now bannable to speak about the wrongs here when we have been doing it for so long?

Because there's been a few angry E Ranked MB players that demanded for a refund... They wanted a refund because the Pyro Kit got nerfed down, you are only allowed to stay in the lava for about 15-30 seconds...

They got angry about that and protested, causing them to get banned and muted

But they aren't muted or banned anymore, so no worries!

BrokenLens just has a strict policy with refunds and with the chargeback rule.

Just maybe stand down for a bit...

Its a broken policy tbh
people shouldnt get permanently banned for wanting a refund when they have been ripped off >.>
refund and chargeback are quite different things might i add

they weren’t demanding it, they were asking. and they were never angry. the original thread was a question if they could get refunds, not a protest xd

i think you guys were banned/muted/whatever because you were asking for a refund? i think someone misinterpreted it as chargeback. but i still don't know all the details so i can't say. i think whoever did it should still explain because people are going crazy .-.

Hopefully, the staff team with help the Pyro Kit situation and the refund situation, and not make it worse..
