this server does have an anti-spamming/spamming filter, but your friend just wrote multiple words into one message, making it really large, so it kinda annoys everyone. that's how she spammed.
if you type too fast, the server tells you to stop, as seen here!
to add something else, even if there wasn't an anti spamming filter, that doesn't mean you can spam! it's still against the brokenlens rules!
