Why have I been banned?

Ok, so I was banned once for a week because I used the glitch of changing your game mode from the default of the server to creative so I was able to fly. I did that for one murder mystery game. That was 2 weeks ago, so I’ve had access to go on BrokenLens for 2 weeks. I haven’t been on in awhile and when I went to go in a couple of minutes ago and it say I was banned for 27 days and I haven’t done anything at all! I haven’t even been on. And when I am on, I’m not messing with the game mode settings because my lesson was learned. So, all in all, I’m very confused why I have been banned for 27 days. I’m assuming I was banned for a month, but I haven’t been trying to play so I wouldn’t have know. Please unban me so I can actually enjoy the server. Thank you.

I don’t know when that was taken but if it was 3 weeks ago then that makes sense. I didn’t do anything to be banned for a month.
