Why have I been banned?

I was last playing on was the game where you battle but in teams and I don't know why I was banned I did not swear,I did not have a inappropriate skin I didn't do anything wrong and don't know why I was banned I was just having fun. -Alice
 
You can just wait your time out, we have a rule book which clearly shows teaming isn’t allowed.
