I think someone pointed this out in your previous thread but this should be in the Suggestions and Ideas section of the forums.
As far as I'm aware YT rank will not be getting any perks. The owner of BL, vertx, likes being unique so it's most than likely a /nick command won't be used as it's copying Hypickle.

We are sorry but the YT prefix does not give the user any extra commands because of how low the requirements are. If YT requirements were upgraded to require a higher amount of subscribers and BrokenLens content eg: 10,000 then it might have been considered.
