why does my account keep getting banned?

Well, Your Sister ( SwettyBell98 ) Is Perm Banned. And I Bet Ya You Two Play On The Same Device So That Would Make You Also Be Banned Because Your WiFi Was Banned By Staff.
Earlier In The Year Ssunsett Said This:

Because You Guys Are On The Same WiFi. So She Must Have Done Something Else To Have To Have Her WiFi Banned..

Simple logic -

You were banned for 24 hours, but you still tried to join the server many times. Basically you clicked on BrokenLens and kept seeing the message that you're banned, which made you get perm banned because if you are temp banned, then you shouldn't be trying to join the server.

I got banned for no reason and I was prem banned because my sister got my WiFi banned so I don't get why I have to get prem banned

Ive Already Told, You... When Someone Bypasses, They Ban Their WiFi So That They Cant Bypass Again =O
