why does it log me out every time (solved)

Every time I join forums it logs me out of my account and I have to log in again. This didn't happen before so what did I do?

EDIT: I think it's because I didn’t click “stay logged in” but I don't know how that turned off in the first place so....

When you log in, press “stay logged in” it should help
