WHY DID I NOT GET MY GOLD RANK!?

My real name is Julia, and I am new to this server! I played it for about 2-3 days! I really liked it, So I bought the gold rank on 19 August, And I have been waiting for it for about 1 day or like 12 hours. So I still did not get my rank! I dont know why! I also had got a Gamil message that it was succesfully purchased but it still did not come to my account! I dont know why! So please Help me Staff members!!! PLZ!
