Why did I let someone use my account now I'm perm banned

So I left for a day and let somebody use my account to level me up while I was offline so when I tried to join the server it said this account was perm banned ik I'm stupid for giving someone my account pass but if u can unban my account it will mean everything but I understand if u can't account name:Idk_and_idk5317 have a good day
