Why did I get banned?

Dear BrokenLens,
Yesterday I tried going on my account Turtleso3o, but it seemed like I was banned? I have no idea why I was banned. Please unban me, or you can tell me the reason I got banned on your game/server. I believe that I got banned for no reason. It could be a misunderstanding situation? I absolute LOVE your game/server. Please unban me OR tell me that reason why I got banned. Thank you so much for reading my post if you did. Please understand about this situation.

No usernames are coming up on your IP as banned. Are you sure there is nobody you know that has been to your home that plays on our server using your IP (Network) or if you have ever played on our Network at school this might also be the case.

Yes, someone/KongPanda/my friend plays your server/game on using my ip/wifi. But they do not use my account to play. On my phone it still says i'm banned? Thanks for replying to my forum, and have a nice day!

Yes I am KongPanda. And YES I am Steph's best friend. Lately I have been to her house and hanging out. We have been playing minecraft with her wifi. But no, I do not know her account pass or anything related. Please help figure out the problem. Thank you.

ok then its not IP banned. Can u try changing ur username and join the server? it might be that ur device is banned.

u need to contact an admin or global mod. Do you have proof that u own the account (ex: a screenshot of u logged in)

Unfortunately, I don't have screenshots. I can show you different proofs, and I am 100% SURE that I own that account. I can tell you my level (4 or 5). My kits are Archer. I also bought an enderpearl and golden apple for me to start with. KongPanda, DucksoVo, Kittyo3o, Tina and cxist are my friends on SkyWars and in real life. You can ask them that if that is actually my account on skywars. Please trust me. I want to play SkyWars again.
