Why Can't Players Craft?

Server: SkyWars, HG/SG, and other games which usually involve crafting tables

I heard that you couldn't craft in SkyWars, or HG/SG, or any other game which you can usually craft in. I decided to test that out, and found out you can't. So I was just wondering, why? ._.

You have a point, cause in HG and Sky Wars they give the materials to craft with but you can't craft anything.

Actually,this is kinda obvious cause diamonds,irons and more are provided in the chests,and the craft isn't working,so the materials are kinda useless. I wish we can craft ;-;
