everyday I wake up do what I have to get done eat then play then talk to my dog then sleep but replace sleep with watching and playing Minecraft till 4am then repeat.

I need some new suggestions please help me not live this as a daily routine

Hmmm...
Try drawing , it might motivate yourself to uhh- become an artist.

listen to different songs because why not?

Clean up you’re room , every 2-5 days
And you can give some old clothes (that doesn’t fit you anymore) , toy’s , money (it doesn’t matter how much you give away money) to charity!


play different game’s (for example: among us , roblox , etc.)

Go out for a walk to take fresh air and touching grass. (If you don’t live in the Middle East-)

I dont think trying to sleep early right away wont work, so I suggest you reduce an hour or 30 minutes where you are now till you reach a early sleeping schedule.

So next day sleep at 3am, next day sleep at 2am, next day 1am, next day 12am, next day 11pm, next day 10pm, then lastly 9pm.

Idk why I suggest this even tho I sleep at 3am mostly everyday

And remember, don’t let video games control you, you control them.
And always remember that when u sleep u are helping ur mind and body rest.
Minecraft will always be there, and it will be there during the day.. so at night, sleep..

If you need a break from devices, try to start taking breaks more often and find a hobby/something you like to do (read a book, write in a journal, go on a walk, draw, etc.) it’s good to get some fresh air every once in a while

And for sleep schedule, start off small and progress gradually from there; like as Selp said, you could begin as sleeping 30mins - 1 hour earlier each day

I used to always sleep at around 3am but with time your brain will adjust to your sleep schedule and then you might get tired earlier at night after some time

But all funny jokes aside, you should do something like "productive" things, like practicing your favourite hobbies, watch tv with your homies and family, draw, do some sports, that's all I can say
