why am i lagging?

for the past week i've been having bad lag on brlns, on any other server i get 30 ping but for some reason i'm getting 100 - 200 ms and sometimes it spikes up to 800ms

Hahaha lucky you I play with 1800ms and if I'm lucky i play with 1000ms and not even arguing about it

Its server connection is from Usa, if you are from Asia you may have lag bc of distance. But if you aren't, i don't know what it is.
