Hi there, Cheating is something that we permanently ban players for and so is the creation of new accounts if you already have been permanently banned.
This is quite an old case given that it was from nearly three months ago and I usually clear footage that I locally record on a monthly basis (Haven't gotten into the habit of archiving files online due to terrible upload speeds, unreliable networking, and data caps. Also the old hard drive I recorded that replay on is dying which is quite unfortunate.) so I don't actually have footage that I can share regarding your original account.
With that said though, You'll still remain banned as you made a second account after you were already permanently banned for cheating. If you make another ban appeal in six months (April 18th of 2022 by the earliest.) without creating another account or breaking additional rules on the platform, Then we will consider providing you with another chance and allow you back onto the platform.
