Why am I banned at this server?

I created this account to your server a long time ago and played only once because I found your sever at YouTube and I tried to play on your server but our wifi is weak that's why I quit playing MCPE servers. Then, now year 2017, I tried to play on servers because our wifi is now strong . I was excited to play on your server (again) but sadly I got PERMANENTLY BANNED??? For what? I don't hack, I don't do anything any illegal stuffs on your server.. Please help me solve my problem I really want to play to your server T^T

Your username is not banned. Do you have more usernames or do you have family or friends that use your WiFi?
