Why am I banned again?

I'll make a proper ban appeal when I know why I'm banned.
 
You have most likely being banned for accessing another users account. By accessing the other users account they gave you personal information such as a password.

In order to protect the person's account I have permanently banned the xx_StoneWolfy_xx account until the owner of that account requests a password reset.

She asked me to get her to lv500, is a screenshot of a conversation with her on snapchat enough to prove this?

I am sorry but even if you have shown proof the user has compromised account by giving you access.

I will unban the network although I am not going to unban the user's account until they request a password reset.

If you are found accessing the players account again then we will have to go over the same process as what has just happened. All users must remember to keep their accounts secure.
