Why am i ban?

found this server brokenlens and i joined it was and it says "This Acc is permentantly Banned" i was like wait what? I tried other usernames and it still says "this acc is permenantly Banned" Is it a glitch or wut? If it is pls unban me my ign is ExCaFuZz_ and now the ign is now _AyRoZMCPE. Pls Judt try both and unban me T-T

Both usernames are not banned, probably, your IP is. Is there someone close to you playing in our server using your wifi?
