Idk maybe the server not support or maybe having a problem if someone use 4d/5d skin. It has happen to me and my friend when we're playing MM together and one person using that skin, me, my friend, and another ppl on da game crash and it's kinda disturbing. Idk maybe vertx still finding solution to bring it back [allowed it again]. So who's know?

Try downgrade to the following version
1.2.5
1.4
1.5
1.5.1
1.5.2
And please don't install 1.5.3 and higher if u want to use 4d or 5d skins because in version 1.5.3 mojang patched it
