Not to sound rude but :

First of all, we can tell to the new members that don't bypass their ban not all people in this forums say that but it's the person who got banned is their choice if they will bypass their ban or not.

Second, Toolbox isn't allowed we know because toolbox is a hack app which isn't allowed to BrokenLens. You can simply report the player here on forums if you ever catch one.
