What is crew and how can I join other crew?

Crew are just a group of players,its like a Clan from that game "Clash Of Clan". To join the crew,do /crew join (Crew Name),but there are types of crew that can only be joined by getting invited by the admins of the crew but some crew can only be joined by getting friend request by the admin crew. To create your own crew,you need to get 120 levels to be able to access to create your own crew.

There are also a leaderboard of crews,you can view it with a command (I can't remember the command),the first crew in the crew leader board is the crew with most points/scores by winning games (I believe).
