This bug is VERY ANNOYING, I cannot open MCPE. It shows a white screen after the Mojang animation. Then it stays like that forever.

However, when I turn off WiFi, it will open. But the second I turn it back on, the game freezes then crashes.

My theory on this is since I'm currently in a hotel, the connection is really weak. Plus it's raining. So for some reason, MCPE cannot connect to some kind if Xbox server and freezes at the white screen. When I turn off WiFi and open the app, it says "Global resources reset. A crash was detected."

Please help, if you have a way to fix this, tell me!

Well, I did a bit of research and experimentation, so it turns out I'm not the only one with this issue. People with white-screen-idis said they have restarted their device, updated software and even uninstalled and reinstalled MCPE and it still didn't work for them. I TRIED to get my sister to launch MCPE in this hotel but she is a brat and won't listen to me, and instead went on to watch those cancerous animal jam videos. (I'm pretty sure she's addicted now).
Anyways, this has happened before, and so far it only occurs with weak WiFi.
(I have a painfully slow internet repeater at home and I get the white screen with it, but when I connect to a stronger signal MCPE successfully launched).
In conclusion, the issue has something to do with having a weak or unfamiliar WiFi signal.
I'm not sure though because I could use free airport WiFi and MCPE was able to open and I could even play BrokenLens with little to no lag. (Pretty rare for free, airport WiFi, don't you think?)

Welp. This "disease" has been cured but now I'm back to Syncing-pack-with-server-ola.

Wow that happend to me like a bllion times.I normally just restart my device and thats it.
Btw without this "Global recources have been reset" thing
MCPE would just be unable to launch forever.
(Personal experience)
I had that bug before this global recource reset thing and mcpe did not launch whatever I did.For months...and then 1.0 was realesed and they finally "fixed" that bug.
