D. 36 Steak -> 1 Cobblestone
E. 64 Iron, String and Gold -> 64 Furnace

A is expensive but it would be technically the second best
B there are trees EVERYWHERE
C 7 diamonds 1 bed diamonds aren't as rare as emeralds and bed is most useful out of all of them
D eh useless
E this is pretty useless unless you in a world with friends
